Who is counselling for?

How does counselling work?
Through a relationship which solely focuses on what you need to heal, an enhanced awareness of yourself is created, highlighting how your own past and present circumstances may have affected the way you feel inside. Through this you are able to develop new insights and see more possibilities when faced with feeling stuck or suffering overwhelming anxieties that may have previously felt unmanageable.
